Railtown AI Launches Swift Tools for Building Agentic Applications

Railtown AI Technologies Inc. (CSE: RAIL) (OTCQB: RLAIF) has launched two Swift-native development tools intended to help software developers build and monitor artificial-intelligence agents across Apple devices.

The Vancouver-based company announced a new version of its Railtracks Agent Development Kit for Swift alongside a Swift software-development kit for Railengine.

Swift is the programming language used to develop native applications for platforms including the iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch and Apple Vision Pro.

Railtracks for Swift provides components for creating AI agents, tools, automated workflows and multi-agent systems. These agents can be designed to process information, select tools and perform actions instead of only generating responses to individual prompts.

Railengine provides a contextual-intelligence layer intended to help applications retrieve relevant information across devices and user sessions. For example, an agent could potentially access context from information captured on an iPhone when the user later continues a task on a Mac.

Railtown said personally identifiable information remains within the data layer and can be retrieved through iCloud, separating personal identity information from the AI systems using the context. Those privacy and security claims were made by the company and have not been independently validated.

The company is also extending its observability technology into the Swift development process. Observability tools allow developers to inspect agent activity, including which tools an agent used, how it reached an outcome and where a failure occurred.

Railtown’s Conductr platform is intended to provide similar monitoring after an agentic application enters production. The company describes its product architecture as three connected layers: Railtracks for agent development, Railengine for contextual intelligence and Conductr for production monitoring and accountability.

The launch does not represent a partnership with Apple. Railtown is independently developing tools for applications built using Apple’s Swift ecosystem.

The announcement also did not disclose product pricing, downloads, paying customers, purchase commitments or expected revenue from the new Swift tools. Commercial adoption will therefore be needed to establish whether the launch can generate material revenue.

Railtown’s unaudited financial statements for the nine months ended June 30 did not report revenue. The company recorded a net loss of C$2.24 million, compared with C$3.54 million during the same period in 2025.

Operating activities used C$3.32 million in cash. Railtown ended the period with C$4.39 million in cash after receiving C$3.4 million from private placements and C$3.53 million from warrant exercises during the nine-month period.

The statements identified material uncertainties regarding Railtown’s ability to continue as a going concern. Management said the company could require additional capital to fund operations over the coming year.

Upcoming Catalysts

Investors can watch for developer availability, pricing information, downloads and evidence of paid adoption for the Swift versions of Railtracks and Railengine.

Other potential developments include customer announcements for Conductr, additional commercialization updates and Railtown’s full-year financial results. The company has not announced a publication date for those results.
