AI/ML Innovations’ NeuralCloud Secures ISO 13485 MDSAP Certification

AI/ML Innovations’ NeuralCloud Secures ISO 13485 MDSAP Certification

AI/ML Innovations Inc. (CSE: AIML) (OTCQB: AIMLF) (FWB: 42FB), a digital health technology company developing artificial intelligence and neural-network applications, announced that its wholly owned subsidiary NeuralCloud Solutions Inc. has received ISO 13485:2016 certification under the Medical Device Single Audit Program.

Issued by TÜV USA, the certification covers NeuralCloud’s quality management system for the design, development, production and distribution of Software as a Medical Device for electrocardiogram analysis. The scope includes PQRST waveform delineation, interval calculations, arrhythmia analytics, signal-quality scoring and artifact reporting.

ISO describes ISO 13485 as an internationally recognized quality-management standard for organizations involved in designing and manufacturing medical devices. Certification assesses the processes and controls used to develop and produce medical technology; it does not establish the clinical performance of an individual product.

MDSAP allows a recognized auditing organization to conduct one quality-system audit that can support regulatory requirements in Canada, the United States, Australia, Brazil and Japan. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration may accept MDSAP reports in place of routine agency inspections, although it retains the authority to conduct other inspections when required. Health Canada requires MDSAP certification for manufacturers of Class II, III and IV medical devices sold in Canada.

“Achieving ISO 13485:2016 (MDSAP) certification demonstrates that NeuralCloud has built that foundation,” said Esmat Naikyar, president of NeuralCloud and chief product officer of AI/ML Innovations.

The audited framework is intended to support NeuralCloud’s regulatory, clinical and commercialization work involving MaxYield and CardioYield. The company’s platforms use machine learning and signal-processing technology to clean and structure ECG data for cardiac-analysis workflows.

The certification follows NeuralCloud’s June receipt of U.S. Patent No. 12,622,625 B2, covering machine-learning techniques for ECG denoising, rhythm classification, waveform labelling, wearable monitoring and report generation.

AI/ML Innovations remains an early-stage company with material financing risks. Its latest interim statements reported no revenue and a net loss of approximately C$1.53 million for the three months ended Jan. 31, 2026. The company held C$429,339 in cash against C$1.40 million in current liabilities and disclosed material uncertainty regarding its ability to continue as a going concern.

The company subsequently closed C$2.87 million in convertible-debenture financing. The debentures bear 10% annual interest and may be converted into units containing common shares and warrants.

Upcoming Catalysts

The next measurable milestones would include product-specific regulatory submissions, marketing authorizations, clinical-validation results or commercial deployments involving MaxYield or CardioYield. AI/ML Innovations did not disclose a submission date, review timeline or expected commercialization date. ISO 13485 and MDSAP certification does not itself provide product clearance or replace any required premarket review.
