Integrated Quantum Adds U.S. Enterprise Channel for VEIL AI-Privacy Platform

Integrated Quantum Technologies Inc. (CSE: VEIL) (OTCQB: IGCRF) has added a U.S. enterprise distribution channel for VEIL, its privacy-preserving artificial-intelligence infrastructure platform.

The Vancouver-based company announced a channel partnership with Technology Resource Solutions Inc., which operates as Synergis. The U.S. workforce-solutions and professional-services firm will introduce VEIL to prospective enterprise customers and help identify potential applications and deployments.

The agreement was executed on August 5 and announced on September 30. Synergis has operated for more than 28 years and works with organizations ranging from emerging companies to Fortune 500 enterprises.

Integrated Quantum said VEIL is offered through a consumption-based software model, with current base pricing of approximately US$0.90 per gigabyte of data processed. Actual pricing remains subject to data volume, deployment requirements and individual customer agreements.

Synergis will receive a share of revenue generated through customers it introduces. The companies did not disclose the percentage allocated to Synergis, the duration of the partnership or any minimum sales requirements.

The arrangement does not itself generate contracted revenue. Integrated Quantum stated that its revenue will depend on customers introduced by Synergis signing separate agreements and subsequently using the technology. There is no assurance that the partnership will produce deployments or any particular level of revenue.

VEIL is designed to transform sensitive source data into protected and compressed encodings that retain information required by machine-learning systems. The platform operates inside a customer’s environment, allowing the original data to remain under the customer’s control.

The company recently completed its first VEIL customer engagement through a proof of concept with Pivotly, an AI software developer serving the construction industry.

Integrated Quantum reported that VEIL reduced processing times for most construction blueprints from hours to approximately three to five seconds. It also said out-of-sample model performance improved by five to eight percentage points using the Macro-F1 measurement.

Those results were jointly measured by Integrated Quantum and Pivotly and were specific to that application. The engagement focused on processing speed and model accuracy rather than protection of sensitive data. The companies had not entered a broader deployment or additional-services agreement when the results were announced.

Upcoming Catalysts

The most important development will be whether introductions made by Synergis lead to paid enterprise deployments. Customer agreements would provide clearer information about usage volumes, pricing and Integrated Quantum’s share of resulting revenue.

Investors may also watch for a broader commercial agreement with Pivotly following its proof of concept. No follow-on agreement has been announced.

Integrated Quantum’s stated distribution strategy also includes making VEIL available through major cloud and enterprise-data platforms. The company has not identified a confirmed platform launch or provided a timetable for completing that objective.
